Born and raised on a farm in Iowa, Marilyn followed the family tradition of learning to cook at an early age. Her rural roots and passion for cooking have followed her to California where she and her husband, Bob, along with their two dogs, spend a lot of time on their boat, the Hard Hatt. She’s combined her love of cooking and life on a boat to write Cooking on the Hook, her first cookbook.
Marilyn has given cooking seminars for boating enthusiasts and is currently working on a series of inspirational cookbooks. Cooking on the Hook is the first to be published of her Cooking at Sea series. |
